Samuel Wu is a Co-founding Executive Director of Malvern College Hong Kong, board member of Malvern College Chengdu, the Executive Director of Tridel Capital Group Limited, a family investment fund, and the Executive Director of Majestic Elite Property Development Limited, a property developer based in Hong Kong. Prior to that, Mr. Wu worked in Wing Lung Bank and Citigroup Corporate & Investment Bank, where he was involved in mergers & acquisitions, retail & corporate banking, and operations.

Mr. Wu holds a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and East Asian Studies from New York University, and an Executive MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and HKUST. He is the Vice President of the ESF Island School Alumni Association and a Director of Shun Tak Fraternal Association, a school sponsoring body that operates local kindergartens to secondary schools throughout Hong Kong.
