  • Please create a Parent Login account before starting the application.
  • Upload all documents in PDF format (except the applicant photo).
  • Maximum file size: 800KB per file.
  • Documents could be submitted in English and Chinese except the school reports(s) and educational reports(s). For educational report(s), other than in English, should be translated by a professional translator or consular service.

1. Applicant Photo

  • Recent colour passport-style photo
  • Taken within the last 3 months
  • Plain background
  • Full frontal face with clear facial features

  • File format: JPEG (.JPG)
  • Maximum size: 800KB

Recommended Dimensions

  • Scanned image: 40mm (W) × 50mm (H) at 600 dpi
  • Digital image: 1200 (W) × 1600 (H) pixels

2. Identity Documents

Please prepare copies of:

  • Applicant’s birth certificate
  • Applicant’s passport information page
  • Applicant’s Hong Kong Identity Card or visa label (if applicable)
  • Both parents' Hong Kong Identity Cards or visa label (if applicable)

If your child’s visa is still being processed, please advise the anticipated issue date during the application process.

3. School Reports

Please upload:

  • School reports or transcripts from the previous two academic years
  • Current year report (if available)

4. Nomination Right Documents (If Applicable)

Applicable for families holding:

  • Individual Nomination Rights (INR)
  • Corporate Nomination Rights (CNR)

Additional Requirement for CNR

  • Completed nomination letter from the body corporate
Important Note
If a CNR or INR is obtained after application submission, please inform the Admissions Office so your application status can be updated.

5. Other Supporting Documents (If Applicable)

Examples may include:

  • Educational psychologist reports
  • Learning support reports
  • Specialist assessments
  • Custody or court documentation
