3. School Reports
Please upload:
- School reports or transcripts from the previous two academic years
- Current year report (if available)
4. Nomination Right Documents (If Applicable)
Applicable for families holding:
- Individual Nomination Rights (INR)
- Corporate Nomination Rights (CNR)

- Completed nomination letter from the body corporate
