Step Two – Check Timing & Eligibility

When to apply

Applications for the academic year 2026-27, 2027-28 and 2028-29 are now open for admission. Parents may apply for a place for their child(ren) two years in advance of the desired year of entry into Prep 1 (Year 1), but not earlier.

Malvern College Hong Kong follows age guidelines aligned with the British education system. These guidelines are intended to help families identify the most appropriate year group for their child(ren) based on their date of birth for the relevant academic year.

Step Three – Tuition and Fees

The proposed annual tuition fee for the academic year 2026-27 (Subject to EDB approval)

  • Prep 1 to 6 (Years 1–6 / PYP) – HK$208,200 (in 10 instalments)
  • Foundation Year 1 to 3, Remove and Hundred (Years 7–11 / MYP) – HK$238,840 (in 10 instalments)
  • Lower Sixth and Upper Sixth (Years 12–13 / DP) – HK$238,840 (in 10 instalments)

Tuition fees are payable in 10 monthly instalments and are collected via autopay. For full details on application fees and capital levy, please refer to our Fees page.

Step Four – Apply Online

Parents are required to prepare the relevant supporting documents and submit the application online via the OpenApply platform. Please refer to our Apply Online page for further details.
