Emmanuel Kao is a Solicitor of the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Supreme Court of England and Wales, and the Supreme Court of Victoria (Australia). Mr. Kao has been actively involved as School Supervisor in several kindergartens and primary schools in Hong Kong for more than 30 years. He is also an active member of different government committees of public hospitals in Hong Kong.
