Edward Wright is an experienced educational leader in both the Independent Sector in the UK and International Baccalaureate Schools in Asia.
Mr. Wright earned a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Durham University. This was followed by a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in teaching Physics before teaching in central London. While working as a Physics teacher, he completed a Master of Arts in Science Education from King’s College London. He also has a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and School Improvement from the University of Cambridge, further strengthening his expertise in school leadership, organisational development, and educational innovation.
Throughout his career, Mr. Wright has held a range of senior leadership positions in highly regarded UK and international schools, leading initiatives focused on academic excellence, teacher and support staff development, wellbeing, and whole-school strategic growth. He has experience working within the International Baccalaureate (IB) framework, alongside English independent school traditions and values.
