Chris Brooke is a Chartered Surveyor with over thirty years of experience in various fields of the property industry. Mr. Brooke is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Link Asset Management Limited, the manager of Link Real Estate Investment Trust. He is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of IBI Group Holdings Limited, as well as an advisor to a number of property technology companies, including VationX, Peace, Inc., and Kerb Holdings. He is also the current Chairman of Hong Kong China Rugby. Mr. Brooke is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and was the global President of the institution between 2018 and 2019. He is also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and the Urban Land Institute.
