John Edlington is the Head of Senior at Malvern College Hong Kong, having joined us at the start of the 2025-26 academic year. Mr. Edlington has been involved in education for the past two decades. He completed a rigorous four-year Bachelor of Education with QTS before teaching in the UK, where he was quickly promoted to Head of Department. He then moved to Brazil as a pastoral and academic leader, developing his knowledge of international teaching and qualifications.
In Brazil, Mr. Edlington was promoted to Deputy Head Academic, where he led initiatives to improve academic standards by focusing on enhancing teaching and learning across the school.
