Michelle Jane Nardone holds a First Degree in Law and was granted the prestigious Diplock scholarship from the Honourable Society of The Middle Temple, propelling her journey to become a Barrister. Building on this legal foundation, Ms. Nardone further honed her expertise by becoming a Commercial and Workplace Mediator through the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Venturing into the realm of education, Ms. Nardone earned her teaching qualification from the Higher Education Academy. Her quest for knowledge extended to creative writing, culminating in the award of a Master’s Degree from the University of Aberdeen. As an educator, Ms. Nardone lectured in Law and Business Law at both Southampton Solent University and the University of the Highlands and Islands. She then took on roles at Gordonstoun School in Scotland and later served as Housemistress of House 8 at Malvern College in the UK.

Before transitioning into education, Ms. Nardone excelled in the television industry, showcasing her talent as a director and producer for ITV. Throughout her career, she travelled worldwide, crafting compelling TV documentaries for various broadcasters. Ms. Nardone’s work was recognised with numerous television awards, including an award from the Royal Television Society.
